VOICE OPERATIONS
Voice Operations essentially handles inbound and outbound calls for mortgage loans. Calls can vary from basic customer service calls to late stage collection calls as well as loan re-structuring/workout option calls.
DATA OPERATIONS
Data Operations, also known as Non-Voice Operations, primarily supports the following departments in the U.S. : Default Administration, Loan Administration, Collateral Administration, Investor Services, REO, Claims and Final Settlement, Customer Resolution/Services. Data Operations also performs Quality Assurance functions for certain business units in Pune as well as in the U.S.
KPO
Knowledge Process Outsourcing is responsible for Capital and Financial Market Analysis.
Management and Operational Reporting prepares scheduled/ad-hoc reports, assists in data analysis requests presenting various aspects of Loan Servicing business to the management and business units. The team applies technical and business knowledge to analyze and report the performance and trends observed in company’s Loan Servicing portfolio.
Analytics team works on pricing of new asset acquisitions, predictive modeling of key business and financial parameters and ad-hoc portfolio analytics to support the business decision making by the Senior Management.
IT Data Services provides data governance and management catering to different business groups. The team identifies data sources, extracts data, performs data integrity checks and deploys reports on the portal.
System Administration serves as a liaison between Lender Processing Services (LPS) and AHMSI. The team is responsible for data maintenance of the MSP Reflection and Director tools and provides support to all the business units for servicing of loans.
IT Business Analysis provides business analysis services to business units. The team interacts with different business units and information technology teams to discuss, analyze, develop and test functional requirements.
ITO
Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) is responsible for development and maintenance of Application and IT Infrastructure.
Application Development and Support team is focused on development and support of custom build applications on Oracle Fusion Middleware, JAVA (J2EE) and .Net platforms.
Software Quality Assurance team provides functional and regression testing of custom build software solutions.
Database Development and Administration team offers database development, data warehousing and administration of Microsoft SQL and Oracle Database servers.
IT Infrastructure Services team provides high-end systems architecture solutions, project consulting and support on Network, Telecom, Filenet, User Admin, Infrastructure monitoring, and Mid-range AS/400.
Engineering team provides systems solutions and multi-platform managed support on Middleware, Citrix, VMware, MS Exchange, Windows server, Linux server, and Desktop support.
LEGAL PROCESS OUTSOURCING
The Legal & Compliance team is responsible for licensing, regulatory compliance and state examinations.
Licensing is responsible for obtaining and maintenance of all applicable licenses to conduct mortgage business in the U.S. by the AHMSI family including AHMSI India.
Regulatory compliance is responsible for providing support to AHMSI’s U.S. legal compliance team in projects related to federal and state law compliance, best industry practices, Making Homes Affordable program initiatives and preparing compliance alerts for new legislation based on business unit needs and strategic goals of the company.
The team assists in state examinations conducted by the state regulatory authorities. The team also develops and maintains Legal & Compliance Databases.
