Sharad Sharma, Managing Director

As a part of the Leadership Team at AHMSI, Mr. Sharma brings on board a rich and diverse experience of over twenty-three years in Sales, Customer Service and Contact Center domains. He has held several Leadership positions in organizations like ICICI Bank – Head Phonebanking (Asset Products), Fullerton India – Head of Customer Fulfillment, Zenta Technologies – Head Collections & Customer Service and Genpact Limited – Head of AFS Collections.

His success mantra – strong focus on service quality, business ethics and ‘Happiness Index’ of employees.

Mr. Sharma holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (PGDBM) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has pursued several courses in Management and is passionate about service quality delivery

 

Ned Mody, Senior Vice President & Chief Delivery Officer- Voice & Data

Ned Mody is the Senior Vice-President, Operations. He brings on board a vast work experience ranging from Capital / Secondary Markets to Branch Management, Mortgage Underwriting, Default Management, Operations Management, and Fraud Prevention.

Ned joined AHMSI in 2009 as Vice President, Operations. He has a work experience of over 15 years in the mortgage industry. His core expertise is in the Financial Services sector. Ned’s last assignment was with OOMC USA as VP-Operations. Prior to OOMC he has worked with Apex Financial Services, United Capital Corporation and Small Business Development Corporation.

Ned holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

 

Siddarth Singh, Senior Vice President & Chief Delivery Officer- KPO & ITO

Siddarth Singh is the Senior Vice President & Chief Delivery Officer, KPO & ITO with AHMSI. He brings on board a rich and diversified experience ranging from Operations Management, New Set ups, Financial Planning, Technology Initiatives, Relationship Management and Business Process Re-engineering.

Siddarth joined AHMSI in 2008 as Vice-President, KPO & ITO. His career span is over 15 years with experience in Mortgages, Securities and Merchant & Corporate Banking sectors. Siddarth’s last assignment was with J.P. Morgan Services India Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President, Investment Banking Loans & Credit Risk Management. He has earlier worked with Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd., National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and Vinmar Capital Markets Ltd.

Siddharth holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.

 

Subhashish Mitra, Senior Vice President – Human Resources & Training

Subhashish Mitra is the Senior Vice President & Chief Delivery Officer –HR & Training with AHMSI. He is currently heading all Human Resources and Training and Professional Development related activities at AHMSI. He brings on board a rich and diversified work experience ranging from Talent Acquisition to Compensation & Benefit, Business HR, Employee Engagement and Training.

Subhashish joined AHMSI in 2006 and was part of Pune Site Implementation Team. His career spans over 15 years and has previously worked with manufacturing, telecom and ITES industry. He has earlier worked with Hutchison Telecom, Salora Group of Companies and Jai Bharat Maruti Limited.

Subhashish holds a Masters degree in Science & a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

 

Ankit Manglik, Vice President - Corporate Audit

Ankit Manglik is Vice-President, Corporate Audit at AHMSI. In this role he heads the Internal Audit function of the Company in India. He brings on board a rich and diverse experience of over 14 years in internal and external auditing.

 
Ankit joined AHMSI in 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor (IIA, USA). He also has completed his Executive General Management Program from IIM Bengalooru and CISA certification from ISACA, USA. He has previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hewlett Packard and ANZ Banking Group. 

 

Abhishek Agarwal, Vice-President, Quality & Process Optimization

Abhishek Agarwal is VP, Quality & Process Optimization at AHMSI. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and he brings with him a wide range of experience in Quality, Process improvement and Data analysis. Abhishek currently heads Corporate Quality, Process Quality, CMT and Transition teams.

Abhishek joined AHMSI in 2006 and he brings on board a work experience of around 10 years in the IT & ITES sector. Prior to AHMSI, he has worked for IBM Daksh and Perot Systems in the field of Quality Management, Software development and Software testing.

Abhishek holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications.

 

Amit Raual, Vice President – Infrastructure & Facilities

Amit Raual is VP- Infrastructure and facilities at AHMSI. He is currently heading IT-Enterprise Applications (BPO), which is involved in in-house Software Development activities for advance MIS, reporting and real time dashboards. He brings on board a vast experience of over 10 years in IT- Infrastructure & Telecom.
Amit joined the organization in 2006 and was part of Pune Site Implementation Team. Amit left the organization in 2007 and re-joined in 2008 as AVP-Infrastructure and Facilities. Prior to AHMSI, Amit worked for Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and also contributed towards UN projects. He brings with him a diverse experience from Bharti, Zee TV and APTECH in the field of IT education, Infrastructure and Telecommunication.

Amit holds an Engineering Degree with a Masters Degree in Business Administration

 

Vivek Jain, Assistant Vice-President, Finance & Accounts

Vivek Jain is the Assistant Vice-President, Finance & Accounts with AHMSI. He is currently responsible for supervision and control of overall Finance and Accounting functions which includes Accounting, Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Budgeting, Fund management, Transfer Pricing, MIS and Billing.

Vivek joined AHMSI as Manager-Finance & Accounts in the year 2008. He brings on board a vast work experience of over 15 years including post qualification experience of over 10 years. He has previously worked in IT Industry, Manufacturing and Export industry and Chartered Accounting firms. His last assignment was with VGL Softech Ltd. His earlier assignments include Saraswati Exports Group, M/S A.K. Chordiya & Co. and M/S B Jain and Associates.

Vivek holds a degree in Chartered Accountancy.
