William P. Shuler Jr., Chairman

American Home Mortgage Servicing India Private Limited
William Shuler joined American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (AHMSI) in October 2009 as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Information Officer at AHMSI in January 2011. With over 25 years of mortgage banking tenure and more than 14 years of CIO expertise with large mortgage and banking firms, Mr. Shuler brings a track record of balancing business insight and technical knowledge.

Previous positions held by him include, Director and CIO Portfolio Management with Hudson Advisors, Senior Managing Director and CIO of GMAC Res Cap, SVP and CIO of National City Mortgage and EVP and CIO of Accubanc Mortgage.

Mr. Shuler received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Law from the University of Baltimore, where he also received the University’s Outstanding Student Award.

 

Sharad Sharma, Managing Director

American Home Mortgage Servicing India Private Limited
As a part of the Board of Directors at AHMSI, Sharad brings on board a rich and diverse experience of over twenty-three years in Sales, Customer Service and Contact Center domains. He has held several Leadership positions in organizations like ICICI Bank – Head Phonebanking (Asset Products), Fullerton India – Head of Customer Fulfillment, Zenta Technologies – Head Collections & Customer Service and Genpact Limited – Head of AFS Collections.

His success mantra – strong focus on service quality, business ethics and ‘Happiness Index’ of employees.

Sharad holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (PGDBM) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has pursued several courses in Management and is passionate about service quality delivery.

 

David M. Applegate, Director

American Home Mortgage Servicing India Private Limited
David Applegate joined AHMSI in November 2010 as President & CEO bringing more than 23 years of mortgage banking and banking industry experience to the organization.
From 1996-1999 Mr. Applegate was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Residential with responsibility for finance, risk management and capital markets. Mr. Applegate was promoted first to Chief Operating Officer and soon after to President of GMAC Mortgage and Chairman of GMAC Bank from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Applegate was President at Radian Guaranty from 2007 to 2008 and a Managing Partner of Mirror Lake Partners.

Mr. Applegate has held numerous Board positions including Chairman of GMAC Mortgage, GMAC Bank and GMAC Real Estate; Director of ResCap; Director of Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh; Member of Audit & Finance Committees, 2004-2006 and Director of Anthracite Capital (publicly-traded Residential and Commercial REIT), 2000-2001.

Mr. Applegate is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.

 

Robert L. Love, Jr., Director

American Home Mortgage Servicing India Private Limited
Robert L. Love is the Executive Vice President & Chief Servicing Officer with American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. He is responsible for all areas of default, strategic initiatives, new business lines and REO. He also focuses on evaluating and analyzing new business opportunities and other strategic initiatives for AHMSI.

Robert worked with Columbia National (predecessor company to AHMSI), Inc. as special assistant to the CFO in 2001. During his tenure he prepared the financial documentation and managed the due diligence process, culminating in the sale of Columbia National, Inc. to American Home Mortgage in June 2002. He was also instrumental in transitioning data, systems, and procedures between the two entities to facilitate the smooth assimilation of CNI into AHM. In 2003, he created the Loan Sale department as part of the Servicing Division.

Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland.

 

Mark Zeidman, Director

American Home Mortgage Servicing India Private Limited
Mark Zeidman joined American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. ("AHMSI") as Chief Financial Officer in June 2009. Mr. Zeidman has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held Senior Executive positions at several Financial Services companies. Immediately prior to joining AHMSI, Mr. Zeidman was President of Bridge Finance Group, a commercial lending company. He previously served as CFO of Ocwen Financial Corporation, a publicly traded residential loan servicing company, from 1997 to 2005. Mr. Zeidman also held Senior Executive position at Aircastle Limited and Nomura Securities International.

A Certified public accountant, Mr. Zeidman has an MBA from Wharton school of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master degree in International Affairs from the school of Internal Affairs of Columbia University, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Jordan D. Dorchuck, Director

American Home Mortgage Servicing India Private Limited
Jordan Dorchuck joined American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. in March 2008 as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. He manages the Legal, Audit, and Compliance division, which includes the Policy & Procedures department. Mr. Dorchuck was previously Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers, Inc., and was assigned as Executive Vice President & General Counsel to Aurora Loan Services, from 2004-2008. Prior to that, Mr. Dorchuck held senior positions as General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel to several mortgage banking companies, including Resource Bancshares Mortgage Group, Fleet Mortgage, and Countrywide Home Loans, where he was Deputy General Counsel responsible for loan administration legal matters. Mr. Dorchuck was counsel at the Resolution Trust Corporation, with a transactional practice supporting the securitization division. Mr. Dorchuck was a corporate partner of Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon prior to its dissolution in the 1990’s.

He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 and from Washington & Lee University School of Law, cum laude, in 1980. From 1980-1981, Mr. Dorchuck clerked for the late Hon. Oliver Seth, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Virginia, and California.

 

Mark D. Ehrenreich, Director

American Home Mortgage Servicing India Private Limited
Mark Ehrenreich joined American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. in November 2008 as Executive Vice President. He manages the Customer Contact division and Special Servicing department. Prior to joining American Home Mortgage Servicing, Mr. Ehrenreich was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co. and Senior Vice President of Default, Performing Loan Workouts and Imminent Default at EMC Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Bear Stearns/JPMorgan Chase, for nearly seven years. Prior to that, Mr. Ehrenreich spent 17 years with Bank of America and its predecessors in various roles, including Senior Vice President over the Default area.

Mark holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University and a BA in Sociology and Economics from Colgate University.
